Salary & Benefits:-

Salary Basic/CTC

10th /12th Pass Candidates: Inhand Salary-Rs 9,625/+1000 (Attendance Award  26 Duty)

ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass Candidates: Inhand Salary- Rs 10,107/+1000 (Attendance Award  26 Duty)

CTC Salary

10th/12th: INR 12,649/-+1000/-

ITI (2 Yrs.): INR 13,282/-+1000/-


Overtime/Incentives :

10th/12th Pass: Overtime 97/- Per Hour.(*Only if applicable)

ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass: Overtime 102/- Per Hour.(*Only if applicable)

If working Night Shift Duty (C-Shift) INR 25/- Per Day.

Yearly Payment Earned Leave (EL), As per company policy.

Food Lunch/Dinner: Rs 12/- Per Diet (Deduct from Salary). Tea & Snacks Free


Other Plant facilities:
